Edith "Edie" Ann (Lepera) Paciello passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 13, 2025 at Lutheran Community at Telford in Telford, PA. She was 94 years old. Edith was a former resident of King of Prussia, PA and a member of Visitation BVM Parish in Eagleville since 2000. She worked for over 20 years in customer service at JC Penny's, a perfect job for her as she loved to shop. Boscov's, along with Penny's, were two of Edie's favorite stores to frequent. Prior to retail, Edie worked for Bell Telephone as an operator. One of her favorite pastimes was playing bingo at Visitation BVM.
Born in Conshohocken, PA on May 26, 1930, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Carmella (Quintieri) Lepera. She was also the beloved wife of the late Salvatore P. Paciello, who passed away in 1983.
Surviving is her loving family including her son, John "Jack" G. Paciello (Debra); two daughters, Sharon A. Evans and Susan M. Hess (Brian); six grandchildren, Kaitlyn Sibley, Kristen Eckman (Matthew), David Evans (Emily), Julie Anne Evans, Sarah Foulke (Justin), and Laura Brannaka (John); 12 great grandchildren, as well as many extended family members and friends.
Edie is preceded in death by her grandson, Bradley Hess; as well as her 15 siblings.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Edie's viewing at Visitation BVM (Lower Church) 196 N. Trooper Rd. Eagleville, PA 19403 on Monday, March 17, 2025 from 10am to 10:45am. Her Funeral Mass will begin at 11:00am. Interment will be in St. Augustine Cemetery, King of Prussia, PA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Edie's name to the religious community of her late sister Sr. Theresa Lepera, MSC at Missionary Sisters of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus in Reading, PA. https://mscreading.org/support-our-mission/donate-now/
