On Monday, December 12, 2022 Edith Leyva joined the choirs of angels. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband David Leyva, her parents Sara and Ray Ahlers and Epimenio Vasquez. She is survived by her children Jennifer Pike, David Leyva, Jr. and Tina Leyva who will miss her more than words can say. There will be a Rosary and Viewing Held at Scott's Funeral Home in Muenster, TX from 6:30pm-8:30pm on Friday, December 16th and her funeral service will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Muenster, TX on Saturday, December 17th at 10:30am followed by her graveside service at the Sacred Heart Cemetary also in Muenster, TX. Our mother was beloved by all she met. Her smile, indomitable spirit and loving soul strengthen us to face a world without her in it. Once you slept with the angels now you get to fly with them. We love you.
