Edmond was born on 2/6/1940 in Oak Grove, Louisiana to parents Elvis and Zelma Harper of West Monroe, where he was raised. Edmond proudly served his country in the Navy for 4 years. He worked and lived most his life in Longview, TX., where he retired from Southwest Steel Casting after 40 plus years.
Edmond was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Troy Harper of West Monroe; brother, Murray Harper of West Monroe.
Edmond leaves behind his Daughter, LeSha and JL Smith of Greenbrier, Arkansas; Granddaughters, Nicole and Cameron Burroughs of Greenbrier, Arkansas, Alyssa Smith of Greenbrier, and Natalie Smith of Greenbrier; sister-in-law, Anita Harper; 2 Nieces; 1 Nephew; plus friends.
Edmond passed peacefully at home near family.
