Edna Loraine Anderson, 92, of Knippa, Texas, peacefully passed away on December 25, 2024, at University Hospital in San Antonio, Texas.
Born on March 14, 1932, in Knippa, she was the daughter of Edna (Redhage) and Charlie Muecke.
On October 2, 1954, she married Andrew Anderson in Crystal City, Texas, beginning a loving partnership that would last for many cherished years.
Edna is remembered fondly by her daughter, Debbie Anderson of San Antonio, Texas, her brothers, Carl Muecke of Knippa, Leroy Muecke and his wife Leanne of New Braunfels, and Glen Muecke and his wife Dianne of Floresville, along with numerous nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.
Edna is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Andrew, and her brother, Travis Muecke.
The family invites friends and loved ones to join them in celebrating Edna's remarkable life during visitation on Sunday, December 29, 2024, at 2 p.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. A graveside service will follow on Monday, December 30, 2024, at 10 a.m. at Knippa Cemetery.
Edna Anderson will be remembered for her warmth and the love she shared with family and friends throughout her life.
