Edna Sue Edwards age 58 of Gray, Ky. passed away Friday, September 5, 2025 at University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington, Ky.

She was born July 2, 1967 in Wildcat Ky., to the late John McDaniel and Georgia Philpot. She was a homemaker and a member of Little Goose Baptist Church in Manchester, Ky.

Edna is survived by three children; Tony Hoskins of Corbin, Ky., Richard Edwards and wife Cheyenne of Gray, Ky., and Courtney Edwards of Gray, Ky., three sisters; Jenny Jones and husband Martin of Clay County, Louise Sherman of Corbin, Ky., Shirley Eversole of Ohio, three brothers; Danny Lee McDaniel and wife Sandy, of London, Ky., Junior McDaniel of Manchester, Ky., Billy McDaniel of Manchester, Ky., four grandchildren; Kinley Hoskins, Mariah Edwards, Isabella Edwards, and Evelyn Edwards, and a host of family and friends to mourn her passing.

Other than her parents she was preceded in death by one daughter; Jamie Louise Sharp Hoskins, three brothers; Jack McDaniel, Bobby McDaniel, and Andy McDaniel, and sister; Helen McDaniel.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 11, 2025 at O'Neil-Lawson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Steven Null officiating with burial following at A.R. Dyche Cemetery in London, Ky.

Visitation is from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Thursday, September 11, 2025 at O'Neil-Lawson Funeral Home.
