Edna Wilhelmena Nanney (nee Heberlie) 95, of Hillsboro Missouri, passed away on June 7, 2024, in DeSoto. Born September 6, 1928, in St Genevieve, Missouri. She was a member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church and Good News Community Church. She loved to dance and enjoyed her family and friends. Edna will be remembered for her kindness, determination and love for life.
Survived by:
Son- Charles E.(Nena) Nanney of De Soto Missouri, Daughter-Teresa Reissing of Hillsboro Missouri, Daughter- Karla (Tom) Elliott of Festus Missouri. Grandchildren- Sarah (Clint) McGrath, Christopher Elliott, Aric (Jennifer) Elliott, Michael (Brittany Nolle) Elliott, Steven (Kaitlyn) Elliott, Nicholas (Alyssa) Elliott, Maria (Jon) Truesdale and Melissa (Derek) Duson. Great Grandchildren- Asher, Miles, Charlee, Linley, Henry, Lena, Vivienne, Olive and Evelyn. Sisters- Mary Heberlie, Monica Brewer and Dolores Krause. Brothers-Wilfred and Butch Heberlie.
Preceded in Death by:
Husband- Charlie S. Nanney. Parents- Hershel M. and Mary Rose Heberlie (nee Harter), Brothers- Hank, Marcellus and Martin Heberlie.
Visitation Thursday June 13, 2024 from 4:00 PM until 7:30 PM at the Robert D. Brown Funeral Home Inc. 103 Fourth Street, Hillsboro Missouri 63050.
Funeral Friday June 14, 2024 Mass at St. Catherine of Alexandria Catholic Church Coffman, Missouri at 11 AM.
Interment follows the Mass at approximately 12:15 PM Friday St. Catherine of Alexandria Catholic Church Cemetery, Coffman, Missouri.
