85 year old, Edna R. Riley, of Wheatfield, passed away February 18, 2025.
On February 9, 1940, Edna was born to Ernest and Rosella (Jones) Clark, in Clinton, Indiana. Edna married the love of her life, John Riley, in Fort Myers Florida. She was an avid genealogist, who also enjoyed gardening, canning, and crochet. Edna was happiest being with family, and especially loved her grandchildren.
Edna is survived by her children: Deborah Tyre, Jeffrey Riley, Bruce (Aggie) Riley, 4 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and her sister: Diana Guido.
Edna was preceded in death by her parents, husband: John Riley, son-in-law: Michael Tyre, daughter-in-law: Jennifer Riley, and sister: Jean Ray.
Friends are invited to visit with the family from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on February 25, 2025, at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 E. Grove St., Wheatfield, Indiana, 46392. Services for Edna will be held at 12:00 p.m. on February 25, 2025. Interment will follow at the DeMotte Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to your local food pantry.
