Edna Stokoszynski Obituary
Edna was born August 22, 1935 in Flint, the daughter of Howard and Alma (Sigmund) Gere. She was a member of Hope United Methodist Church.
Surviving are: son, James (Christie) Stokoszynski; daughter, Ellen Skaggs; grandchildren, Melissa Bosworth, Tara (Gerald) Provost, Dustin (Skye) Skaggs, Chelsea (Mark) Holt, and Paige Skaggs; great grandchildren, Alissa Bosworth, Austin March, Michael Skaggs, Katelynn Skaggs, Makayla Bosworth, Joseph Provost, Jaden Turner, Abigail Provost, Dustin Skaggs, Jr., Lilian Provost, Colton Smith, Aspen Hinkle-Skaggs, and Morgan Holt; great great grandchildren, Wylder Skaggs, and Vayda Riggs; brothers-in-law, Richard Stokoszynski, and Florian (Irene) Stokoszynski; and sisters-in-law, Joann (Hank) Yenna, and Joyce Stokoszynski.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Michael, daughter-in-law Laura, sisters, Hazel (Louis) Stokoszynski, and Gertrude Gere, brothers-in-law, Andrew (Margaret) Stokoszynski, and Stanley Stokoszynski, and sisters-in-law, Fern Stokoszynski, and Delores Gerzeski.

I am so sorry for the familie's loss. I met Mike when I worked at Flint Lumber Co, and later knew him well when I worked at MLC. Great guy. I met Edna at MLC at the Christmas luncheons I used to put on at the lumberyard. She was such a nice lady. She liked talking to the people Mike worked with.
