Edna Earl (McClain) Williams passed away peacefully in her home, surrounded by her loved ones on Saturday, November 4, 2023. Edna was born in Weakly County, Tennessee to James Vethro and Helen McClain on October 18, 1942. Edna enjoyed painting, crafting, puzzles, traveling, reading, bird watching, taking pictures, gardening, and most of all her family.
Edna is survived by her son Jacob Ross Williams (Stacie), and her two granddaughters Riley Linn Williams and Scarlett Elizabeth-Marie Williams. Her sister Patricia Blankenship. Her sister in laws, Cindy Cheaves and Sandy Goralski (Michelle). Her brother in laws, Steve Goralski (Marquel), Jerry Goralski, Marlin Goralski, Larry Goralski (Molly), and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and many cousins.
Edna was preceded in death by her loving husband, Harley Elo Williams. Her parents James Vethro and Helen McClain, her Grandma Jewel, and her brother in law Michael Goralski.
Visitation with the family will be held from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM, Wednesday, November 8, 2023 with a Celebration of Her Life Service beginning at 6:30 PM at Madison Funeral Home, 219 E. Old Hickory Blvd., Madison, TN 37115. Interment will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, November 9, 2023 at Middle TN State Veterans Cemetery, 7931 McCrory Lane, Nashville, TN 37221. Services conducted by Madison Funeral Home, (615)868-9020.
