To the Fresh Family, I want to express my Deepest Sympathy. To the children , I gave your father Irvin his blessings in his early years, to grow and look forward in christian fellowship and community leadership. Now, he is in our father's house of many mansions, and peace forever. I will keep the family in my prayers forever. Your memories will be forever of your father. 1st Thimothy 3, verse 11, 12

To the Fresh Family and especially his Beloved Children:
From: Janice E Carter, Former President Local NAACP 1998-2004
Mr. Fresh as I called him, was a blessing to this community. It is time to remember his contirbutions and thank his family. Every now and then when I was blessed to see him, we would reflect about those times. This always gave me an opportunity to thank him once again. The contributions he gave to the NAACP, always supporting it's work and including his family- and children at a very early age. His leadership set the example not only for community and family, but showed his talents as a remarkable businessman. It was very evident that Mr. Fresh's greatest accomplishment and pride was showed in how he nurtured and loved his children. I shall keep you and your family in my prayers during this time of great loss.

I graduated from high school and was in the marching band with Irvin. He was a talented musician and a great, fun-loving person. He attended several of our reunions and was so much fun to be with. My deepest sympathy to his family. He will be greatly missed!
