I would be at the services tonight if I could. Mr Booth was my Plumber's Local #2 (now Local #1) teacher from 1986 to 1990. He was a great man and teacher... Tough as a Bulldog, but very fair. He instilled the great pride of being a Union Plumber in us and how important it was for us to represent properly and to hold the highest standards of craftsmanship, our word and that The Boss needed to make money too. I enjoyed a few beers with him later on down the line. He was a standup guy and he never even told us about his service in The Forgotten War, Korea. He had a funny name for his unique, handmade metal dust pan:
"Ok...boys time to clean up...get me "The Hansfager." Guys who studied under Eddie know what I'm talking about. Love you Mr Booth...See you at The great "Gin Mill" in the sky someday. You were First Class in every way. Matt Sweeney Sr.
