Edward Gerard Bourdeau, age 81, of Holly, passed away peacefully on January 15, 2026. Services will be held at a later date in Lake Linden, Michigan.
Edward was born on May 28, 1944, in Calumet, Michigan, the son of the late Camille Edward and Elizabeth Elsie (Giannini) Bourdeau. He was a 1963 graduate of Calumet High School and went on to marry Sharon Perreault on June 5, 1965, in Lake Linden.
Edward proudly served in the United States Army Reserves and earned a Masters degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. In his early years, he worked in the copper mines and was actively involved with the Boy Scouts. He later enjoyed a long and dedicated career with Chrysler, retiring in 2006 after 40 years of service. Edward was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Fenton.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Sharon; daughters, Brenda (Robert) Bansale and Debra Bourdeau (Brady Lennon); grandchildren, Brandon, Brett, and Brayden; four great-grandchildren; sister, Carole (Jerry) Maddox; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his son, Stephen, and his brothers, Larry and Robert.
