Edward Csak

Edward Ambrose Csak, of North Brunswick passed away on Friday, January 30th at the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick. He was 82.

Born in New Brunswick, he had lived in North Brunswick the majority of his life.

He worked as a Plumbing Estimator & Planner, first for Raritan Supply in Edison for 25 years then later at Home Depot in Sayreville before his retirement.

Ed was a graduate of Rutgers University and a lifelong parishioner of the Magyar Reformed Church in New Brunswick. He loved dogs, enjoyed Rutgers Football, watching the financial news and keeping up with the stock market.

He is predeceased by his parents, Margaret and Ambrose Csak, 1998 and 1999 respectively.

Surviving are his cousins, Tibor & Marika Bartha of Mateszalka, Hungry, Andrew Szabo, Jr. of Sussex, NJ, Ronald Szabo and his wife Diane Lefebvre of Punta Gorda, Florida; and his beloved dog, Honey. Ed is also survived by several second generation cousins that look to Ed as their uncle.

Visitation will be held on Monday, February 9th 6:30 to 7:30 PM at the Gleason Funeral Home of North Brunswick, 555 Georges Road, North Brunswick with a prayer service at 7 PM. Funeral services will continue on Tuesday, February 10th at the funeral home with a gathering at 10:15 AM and service at 11 AM. Entombment to follow in Franklin Memorial Park, North Brunswick.
