Edward "Eddie" Dee Cunningham, 55, of Cuba, passed away suddenly on Saturday, January 31, 2026.
Eddie was born on April 20, 1970, in Benton, Illinois, to the union of, Donald Cunningham and June (Looney) Cunningham.
Eddie worked for Josh Counts sawmill as a material handler.
His favorite place to be was the outdoors. Eddie enjoyed fishing, camping, floating but most importantly spending time with his family and close friends.
Eddie was preceded in death by his wife; Janet (Acker) Cunningham; his parents, Donald & June Cunningham; brothers, Roger, Ronald, Michael & Charles Cunningham.
He is survived by sons; Shawn Acker of Arnold, Edward Cunningham-Hutson, Jeffery Cunningham of Cuba, Joseph Cunningham of Ohio; his daughters, Suzanne Williams of Ohio, Ashley (Christopher Kendra) Williams of Ohio, Ciarra Williams of Ohio; his sister, Donna (Gary) Davis of Cuba; his brothers, Joseph Cunningham of Cuba & Donald Cunningham Jr. of Cuba; grandchildren, Tyler, Anthony, Zach, Natalee, Nick, Blayze, Wyatt, Hayden, Brayden, Bentlee, Zaileigh, Alayna, Artimis, Taydum, Talyon; two great-grandchildren on the way; sisters-in-law, Debra (Billy) Henderson of Arnold, Cathy Cunningham of Sullivan, Melinda Cunningham of Cuba, Janet Cunningham of Rolla, Tracy (Danny) Nichols of Bland; many nieces; nephews; other relatives and certainly many, many friends.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2026, from 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. at Mizell Funeral Home & Crematory.
A funeral service officiated by Pastor Jerry Beers will take place also on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. at Mizell Funeral Home & Crematory.
