With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Edward Leonard Fagan, a devoted husband, father, and physical therapist, who left this world on May 15, 2025, at the age of 61. Edward was born on February 11, 1964, in Providence, Rhode Island, and later made his home in Decatur, Georgia, where he touched the lives of many through his compassionate work in healthcare.
Edward earned his master's degree and dedicated his career to helping children as a physical therapist at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. His professionalism, empathy, and unwavering commitment to his patients will be remembered fondly by colleagues, patients, and their families. He was known not only for his expertise but also for his warm smile and kind-hearted nature.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Lisa, and their four children: Kell, Shea, Dev, and Fletcher is also survived by his sister, Pamela Vandenbulck. The love and support he provided to his family and the countless individuals he helped will echo for years to come.
Friends and family will have the opportunity to honor Edward's life and legacy during visitation on May 30, 2025, at 11:00 AM at A.S. Turner & Sons Funeral Home & Crematory. The family will have a private rest place following the visitation.
In this time of sorrow, we remember and celebrate Edward's incredible spirit. May he rest in peace.
