Ed was retired from the custodial team at Davis Elementary school in Portland's east side. He enjoyed fishing and hunting with his brother Frank and friends, with whom he traveled occasionally to Reno and Las Vegas for rest and recreation.
He is preceded in death by his parents Margaret (Maggie; 2001) and Franklin Galberth (2011) of Fairview, Oregon; and survived by his sister Sherry (Creig) Marlowe; his brother Franklin Jr. (Vicky) Galberth; his niece Nicole and nephews Jacob (Jake), Marcus, and Jon-Michael; and his daughter and two grandchildren.
Family and friends are invited to gather on Tuesday Feb. 11 at 2PM to raise a glass in Ed's honor and to share a few memories at the Platinum Pub (1509 NE 181st, Portland, Oregon).
