Like the others I never had the chance to meet Ed in person and I wish we could've met. It would be wonderful to meet with him and others and play some games. His answers on Quora were always enjoyable to read and he really did a lot to help people who had questions about D&D and other RPGs.

Like many of the others I never met Ed in person but we became friends and I wish we had a chance to play D&D in person.

He will be missed on Quora and other places he was always very willing to share his insights and his insights were always helpful, respectful and kind.

I´m writing to express my deep sorrow at the passing of my friend, Ed Han. Ed and I got to know each other and become friends several years ago through the New Jersey Professional Services Group, in Trenton. Although we rarely saw each other in person after that experience ended, we always remained in touch.

I always appreciated Ed´s helpful opinions, insights, and advice about job seeking, his warmth, and his sense of humor. But nothing prepared me for witnessing the gallant fight he put up in his final days. His grace and courage will always be an example for others. Rest in peace, Ed. May your memory be for a blessing and may God hold you in the palm of his hand.

I never met Ed in person. We connected through Quora via a shared love of roleplaying, stories, and my answers about historical European martial arts. Through his own answers and our discussions I knew Dan to be a kindred soul whose curiosity was matched by his generosity of spirit. He left our corner of the Internet a better place than he found it.

I never met Ed in person. We only knew each other from Quora. We mostly talked about gaming. He made me realize that my approach to gaming was narrativist, not simulationist, and it's profoundly changed how I've approached gaming since. I'm really going to miss our discussions, and bouncing ideas off of him. I wish I'd gotten to meet him face to face.
