Edward Arthur "Bud" Jenkins

JENKINS, Edward " Bud" Arthur – of Flint, age 64, died Friday, October 31, 2025 at his residence. Honoring Edward's wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held from Saturday, November 8, 2025 from 2-5 PM at the VFW Post # 822 at 5065 Saginaw Road, Flint, Michigan 48507. Memorial contributions can be made to the family for future designation.
Edward was born July 6, 1961 in Flint, Michigan to the late Eugene and Mary (Smith) Jenkins. He grew up in the Flint and Burton area where he attended Bendle High School. Prior to his retirement in 2023, Edward worked for Kettering University as a custodian for 12 years. He loved music and going to concerts. Edward was a hard worker and had been working since the age of 16, starting at pizza places, which he loved making pizza's. Edward was a loving father who enjoyed spending time with his daughters and grandchildren.
Surviving are: Daughters, Linda (Wayne) Ballard, Mary Jenkins; Grandchildren, Tegun Ballard, Lydia Ballard, Corbyn Ballard, Avah Ballard; Siblings, Deanna (Kelvin) Hodgeson, Victor (Betsy) Smith, Brian Smith; several nieces and nephews.
