Edward Kaczinski Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Bradley Funeral Home - Marlton on Dec. 26, 2025.
Edward F. Kaczinski, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away on December 23, 2025, at the age of 83, of Medford Lakes, NJ. Born on March 11, 1942, in Philadelphia, PA, Edward's life was a testament to his unwavering spirit, love for his family, and dedication to his country.
After losing his first wife Beverly, Edward met and cherished "the lovely Susan" Kaczinski (nee Cianela). They started a life together in Northeast Philadelphia, later moving to Medford Lakes, NJ to raise a family. Their marriage was a beautiful partnership that flourished over 50 years, filled with mutual respect, laughter, and an unmatched devotion to one another. Together, they raised a family that included their children, Edward J. Kaczinski (Stacie) and Suzanne Boehm (Chris), and they were blessed with the joy of their grandchildren, Jordan, Alec, and Ethan. His siblings, Leona Tomaszewski (Harry) and Richard Kaczinski (Marilyn), along with many loving nieces and nephews, will treasure the memories shared with him.
Edward's journey began in the heart of Philadelphia, where he was born and raised in the Port Richmond section. He found joy in harmonizing and dabbling in his musical talents as a member of the doo-wop group "The Phaetons". Later, he served in the US Army during the Vietnam War and pursued a career in industrial and military engineering as a draftsman. Edward continued his commitment to his nation by working for the Navy as a civilian, expanding his skillset to technical writing, a role he took great pride in.
Known affectionately as "All Purpose Dad", Edward was the epitome of a family man. He took immense pride in his home in Medford Lakes, NJ, ensuring that everything was well cared for and that his family felt the warmth of a loving environment. He was always ready to lend a helping hand, and his yearly donation list was a reflection of his commitment to giving back to those in need. His love for music was ever-present in his home, where the sounds of his jukebox often filled the air, creating a soundtrack for the family's memories. Whether he was meticulously maintaining the family home or deep into a project that only he truly understood, he believed that if a job was worth doing, it was worth doing himself.
Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Monday, December 29th from 10-11 AM at the Bradley Funeral Home, Rt.73 and Evesham Rd., Marlton, NJ. A memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Monday at the funeral home. Inurnment will be private. Sorry to hear of his passing. Just wondering if you knew of the records he sang on with The Phaetons. Thank you. 203-484-2023
