Edward Marshall Monette ObituaryEdward Marshall Monette 75 of Mound MN passed away on 3/20/25 ending his battle with cancer. For his last few weeks he was surrounded by friends and family, comforted and cared for sharing a last few laughs and memories. Always clever and quick witted he regularly brought smiles to those around him. He was sober for 49 years, he was an active member of the Mound and Elk River Alano clubs. He spent a majority of his life self-employed as a construction contractor. Ed was preceded in death by his parents, Mildred (Miller) & Floyd Monette, son Jeremy Monette, sister Janice (Dejoy) Barber, and nephew Frank Salhus. Survived by his sister Patricia Monette-Sadler (Elwood). Children Angelica Talarico, Daniel Monette (Jean), Melissa Monette, Paul Monette, Tyana Monette, Taylor Monette, Torie Monette, and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Celebration of life will be held June 13th at the Surfside beach Depot 2670 Commerce Blvd, Mound, MN 55364
