Edward Raglin

Edward "Ed" Raglin, 84, of Stevensville, Maryland, passed away peacefully December 4th, 2025, at Hospice of the Chesapeake. Born in Lovellan, Kentucky, Ed proudly served in the U.S. Army in Greenland before marrying his beloved wife, Helen "Bootsie" McLamb, with whom he shared 52 years of devotion. Together they built a life in Glen Burnie until 1983, when they settled into their cherished waterfront home on the Chesapeake Bay Stevensville.

Ed enjoyed a long career as an over-the-road truck driver, logging more than two million safe miles across America. He loved classic television, baseball, and especially the Little League World Series, finding joy in watching young players practice outside his window at Regency Park.

He is survived by his son, Donald McLamb; daughter-in-law, Maria McLamb; and close friend and confidant, Mrs. JoAnne Johnson. He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen "Bootsie"; his parents, Everett and Capitola Raglin; and his brother, Gene Raglin.

Ed will be remembered for his steadfast devotion, his love of the open road, and the joy he found in life's simple pleasures.

Family and friends are welcome to visit on Friday, December 19 from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm at Lasting Tributes, 814 Bestgate Road, Annapolis MD 21401.
