I could go on about our antics together from days past, happy to have been a part of it all. However, despite all the humor and adventure we shared, what I remember most was your inclusiveness and ability to stay connected to (it seems like) everyone. For my part, when Ann passed away, you reached out and invited me to spend a few days in Key West just hanging out. Thanks for taking that time for me. That was you Jake.
As I said previously, in life you were larger than life, and in your passing you remain larger than life. I miss you my friend but I will always have many fond memories.

I am so sorry to hear of Jake's passing. He was my first building administrator as a fledging teacher. I admired his laid-back attitude and how easy he made it seem. He was a caring and kind man although I don't think he wanted anyone to know it. I loved his sense of humor and his quick retorts. In my mind's eye I see him in the office at AEC, sitting at his desk, asking ," What do you want now Rosa?". Thank you, Jake, for everything. Rest well. My sincere sympathy to his family and all his loved ones.

This is sad. Ed was so full of life. I knew Ed through junior high and high school and after. He had an incredible sense of humor and a wild imagination. I remember him from all the basement parties at Bob Cragin´s house and all the mischief he was always up to. I´m almost afraid to imagine what he´s planning to do next. He will be missed. We´ll catch up to you Ed. See you buddy.
