Edward A. Suez, Jr.
On September 1, 2024 of Glassboro. Age 90. Beloved husband of Agatha (nee Castorina). Devoted father of Karen Veneziano (Todd), Keith Suez, and Edward Suez (Don). Loving grandfather of Michelle (Chris), Bianca (Matt), Dominica (Hunter), and Todd Jr. Proud great-grandfather of Aria. Dear brother of Ulisse Suez (Roseann), the late Louise Albanese (Nick), and the late Phyllis Marcovecchio (Frank). Loved brother-in-law of Dolores Valletti (Gene), Florence Lazzaro (Tony), and Charles Castorina (JoAnn). Survived by many nieces, nephews, and granddogs.
Edward passed away after a long, difficult battle with Alzheimer's disease.
During his life, Ed was a strong man, not just physically in his hobbies and skilled work, but also in his love for his family. He happily embraced being a husband, father, and doting grandfather (and recently a great-grandfather). His family and tool box were the most important staples of his life. Ed was always willing to help a friend in need, whether it was to fix a vacuum, a roof, or to chat on his early walks. Ed was also a proud Veteran and loved his country.
He has been surrounded by his family his entire life and his final days. The love of his life, his wife, Aggie, was his constant companion in life, his caregiver and sense of comfort throughout his disease.
Ed's riches were not in money, but by the lives and hearts he touched during his amazing life. Ed Suez truly lived life "MY WAY".
Family and friends are welcome to attend his viewing Friday 8:45 – 10:15 AM at the Egizi Funeral Home, 119 Ganttown Rd., Washington Twp. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 AM at Mary, Mother of Mercy Parish/Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 500 Greentree Rd., Glassboro.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Edward's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in support of Pop Pop's Cold Crew (Little Helpers).

To the entire Suez Family, I am so sorry to hear of Ed's passing. I never met him but got to know him through Michelle. He sounded like a wonder person, husband, father, brother, grandfather and great-grandfather.

I lost my grandmother to Dementia, both Dementia and Alzheimer's are such cruel diseases where you lose your loves ones twice, once to the disease and then again when they pass away. To see your loved one not recognized their family members or their life is heart wrenching.

I hope you all find comfort knowing he lived a good life "His Way" and hold close all your memories and he will always be alive in your heart. He is no longer suffering, he is whole again and will be your guardian angel the remainder of your lives, waiting to reunite when God calls you home.

Your entire family are in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. May he soar with the Angels and may his Soul Rest in Peace with Our Lord.
