What a Beautiful tribute to a magnificent Man. Words can't do justice
to the lives Ed touched and the people he mentored and who became better men and better Catholic men. Girls your Dad is a legend and will always be on a pedestal in our SEAS Community.
Your Dads name always comes up. People ask how did he pull this off
so many times and to perfection. 1200lbs of Brisket not an easy task.
I am so fortunate to say I was witness to this awesome cooking.
Your dad was a master at so may things but most of all bringing people together and making them feel special. We love your Family and will always cherish our times together.
