I am so grateful to have called "Big Ed" my father-in-law. From the first time I met him oh so many years ago at the Fish Market in Alexandria, VA to my last conversation with him bedside, he always greeted me with a warm smile, a hearty handshake, and a caution to "be careful". I respected him so much for his deep love for his wife and family, his honesty and integrity, his philanthropy, and his professionalism as he always volunteered his expertise at every turn, no matter the organization. I aspire to be like him, and I am a better person to have known him. Rest peacefully, I will always miss you. Daryl
