EDWARD “MacMac” WOODHAM
HEADLAND… Edward “MacMac” Woodham, a resident of Headland, Alabama, passed away Tuesday night, March 25, 2025, at his home. He was 82.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, March 28, 2025, at Wright Funeral Home & Crematory Chapel, with Reverend Raymond Rivers officiating. Burial will follow in the Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Headland, Alabama. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 A.M. prior to the service. Wright Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Woodham was born in Henry County, Alabama to the late Edward J. Woodham and Vanarah Tew Woodham. He was a 1960 graduate of Midland City High School. He served his country in the U.S. Army and Army National Guard. Mr. Woodham worked as a heavy machinery mechanic most of his life at Flint Equipment in Dothan, Alabama. He was a member of the Magnolia Free Will Baptist church in Midland City, Alabama. He was known for his strong loving arms and his heart, that was always full of love. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Along with his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brothers, Lee Allen Woodham and Kenneth Woodham; and his sister-in-law, Pauline Woodham.
Leaving to cherish his memories is his wife of sixty years, Glenda Sewell Woodham; his daughter, Amanda Woodham; his brother, Rodger Woodham (Emelie); his niece, Shana Woodham Marshall (Joe); his nephews, Dana Woodham (Taresa), Theron Woodham, Mark Woodham, and Todd Woodham; his special grands, Jesse Beasley (Wendie), Raegan Chumney (Zach), Lindsey Sullivan (Tyler), Joanna Marshall (Kade), and Greg Wilson; and his several other great nieces and nephews.
Serving as active pallbearers will be Tyler Sullivan, Zach Chumney, Jesse Beasley, Todd Woodham, John Hughes, Justin Hughes, Brandon Hughes, and Joe Woodham. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Randy Hughes and Greg Wilson.
