Edward S. Zlock passed away on September 24,2025 at the Milford Hospice Center.

He was the son of the late Emil and Pearl Zlock. Born November 11,1938 in Henderson, Maryland, Edward was the eldest of three sons.

He is predeceased by brothers Emil (Fred) and Frank.

Edward was married to Betty Jane "Birney" and they celebrated 66 yrs. of marriage this past June. This marriage produced three beautiful children (the loves of his life), Debbie Johnson (Gary), Dana Levey (Dean) and Steve (Krissy), 9 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren, with one on the way. His family was his heart

Ed could fix anyhing that had a motor and ran "Ed's Auto Repair" in Rising Sun, Delaware for 40 years. Many of his customers became life long friends. He was a fun-loving guy and was always trying to make you laugh. That's how he would want to be remembered by those that knew and loved him.

The family would like to include a special thank you to all those involved in Ed's care in his last days you're kind and caring acts are truly appreciated. Per his wishes there are no formal services planned at this time. The family plans a celebration of his life at a future time to be announced.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The Delaware Hospice Center, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, De. 19963.
