Edwin Couch Obituary
Edwin Colson Couch, 47, resident of Columbia, died Thursday, December 12, 2024 at Maury Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, December 19, 2024 at 7:00 PM at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Pastor Rock Jaggers officiating. The family will visit with friends Thursday from 4:00 PM until the service time at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home. Online condolences may be extended at www.oakesandnichols.com.

Born April 1, 1977 in Columbia, TN, he was the son of the late James C. Couch Jr. and Kate Anderson Couch. Edwin Worked for over thirty years at the University of Tennessee Experiment Station, He loved farming, working mainly with beef and dairy cattle. Edwin was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish. Above all he loved his whole family.
In addition to his mother, Mrs. James C. (Kate) Couch Jr., he is survived by his siblings, Kathie (Rich) Prybilla of Mt. Juliet, James Cummins (Mary) Couch III, MD, of Columbia, Montie (Renee) Couch of Hampshire, Wally Couch, Chris (Jayda) Couch as well as numerous devoted nieces and nephews.
Edwin is preceded in death by his father, James C. Couch, Jr.
