Edwin Michael Mullins, age 67 of Hi Hat, Kentucky passed away on Monday, August 11, 2025 at his residence. He was born July 24, 1958 in McDowell, Kentucky to the late William Carl & Patsy Sue Moore Mullins. He is survived by his longtime girlfriend: Kitty Ryan; Daughter: Serita (Brandon) Leslie of Banner, Kentucky; Grandchildren: Lyric, Nymeria, Jiraiya, Eli & Jordan; Brother: William Lesie (Betty) Mullins of Ligon, Kentucky; Sisters: Anita (Emit) Hall of Ligon, Kentucky, Barbara Bentley of Beaver, Kentucky & Elizabeth (Keith) Ray of Ligon, Kentucky: Children at Heart: Rebecca, James and Michael. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his brother: James Kelvin Mullins. He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.

Visitation will begin Wednesday, August 13, 2025 at 6pm at River of Life Freewill Baptist Church, Teaberry, Kentucky and will continue all day Thursday, August 14, 2025

Funeral Services will be held Friday, August 15, 2025 at 11am at the church with Doug Tackett officiating

Burial will follow at Greenbury Hall Cemetery, McDowell, Kentucky
