Edwin Sanchez, beloved son, brother, and uncle passed away February 13, 2025, in Killeen, TX of COVID complications. He was the eighth child of Paula B. Sanchez and Eloy R. Sanchez, born on March 17, 1964.
He was preceded in death by his parents and eldest brother Angel Luis Sanchez.
He is survived by his brothers, Norberto "Robow" Sanchez, Guillermo "Sach" Sanchez, and Michael "Mitch" Sanchez; and sisters, Berma Ester DeWulf, Elba Luz Sanchez, and Wilma Nilsa Sanchez.
Edwin was a devout Christian with a kind and gentle soul. He was gregarious and loved playing his trumpet, which he did exceptionally well. Edwin will be missed by his brothers, sisters, and numerous nieces and nephews, as well as longtime friends.
A gathering will be held at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Killeen on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at 1 pm, with a memorial service following at 2 pm. All of Edwin's friends are welcome.
