Eileen Cutri Obituary
She was preceded in death by her first husband Dr. Virgil A LoRusso, MD, her second husband Donald Cutri, CLU and good friend Robert Donovan, M Ed and a son Robert James LoRusso, DDS.
She graduated from Notre Dame High School and Huron Hospital as a Lab Tech. She moved to Erie with her best friend Mary Lou to work at St Vincent's Hospital. She married Dr. Virgil A. LoRusso, MD. Theirs was a fruitful and loving marriage. for 28 years and they had 3 children.
She was involved with many social groups: St. V's Medical Auxiliary, book club, garden club, supper club, cousins club and in her later years The Erie Bridge Club and The Erie Club. She made many friends over the years and was always willing to give a helping hand. She will be missed by all those that knew her.
Close to her heart were the Sarah Reed Children's Center, The Erie Art Museum (helped to write their cookbook) and the Erie Homes for Children and Adults.
Friends are invited to call at Brugger Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1595 West 38th St., on Monday from 3 to 6 pm, and are invited to a funeral mass on Tuesday at 10 am at St. George Church, 5145 Peach St., Erie, PA 16509. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
