Preceded in death by her loving husband William "Dan" Fiala; daughter Carol Fiala; parents Mary (nee Franz) and John Tobin; and 9 siblings.
Survived by her loving children Daniel Fiala and Joan Kamholz.
Eileen was a devoted member of St. Christopher Church - St. Augustine Parish for more than 60 years, where she was a member of the Rosary Alter. She found joy in staying active and especially loved going for walks for as long as her health allowed.
Visitation Monday June 30, 2025, from 3 - 8 PM at Hickey Memorial Chapel 4201 W. 147th St. Midlothian, IL 60445. Funeral Tuesday July 1, 2025, 9:30 AM prayers at the funeral home going to St Christopher Church - St Augustine Parish for 10 AM Funeral Mass. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
