Eileen Gale Frable

Eileen Gale Frable, age 61, died June 13, 2025, at Brookmont Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Effort, PA. She was born on February 29, 1964, in East Stroudsburg, PA, the daughter of Shirley (Teleski) Frable of Saylorsburg, PA, and the late Carl P. Frable, Jr.
She was a life-time resident of Monroe County and graduated in 1985 from the Colonial Northampton Intermediate Unit Number Twenty Special Education Course. Eileen worked at Burnley Workshop of the Poconos in Snydersville, PA, a sheltered workshop for the handicapped for twenty-nine years. She resided at Brookmont Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center since 2016.
Eileen is survived by her mother, Shirley Frable; sister-in-law, Susan D. Frable, three nephews, one niece, four great nephews, two great nieces and one great-great niece; three aunts and their families: Doris Pepe (John), Delores Neal (George Schreiber) and Hellen Werkeiser (Terry). Eileen was preceded in death by her father, Carl P. Frable, Jr.; brother, Paul S. Frable; and uncle, Stanley Teleski.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Christ Hamilton United Lutheran Church, 419 Bossardsville Road, Stroudsburg. Church memorial services will follow at 11:00 AM with Pastor Steven Claycomb officiating. Burial will follow the service in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Stroudsburg.
Memorial donations in Eileen's name may be made to Christ Hamilton United Lutheran Church or to a charity of your choice.
