Eileen "Iny" Hammond (nee Enos), age 84, of Forest Lake, went Home to be with the Lord on October 21, 2010. Iny had worked in many of St. Paul's finest restaurants and was a waitress at The Lexington for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dave; sisters, Lucile Wiener, Evelyn Doft, Ethel "Jackie" Nisley, Beulah "Boots" Franks; and brother Casper "Jack" Enos. She is survived by her stepson Thomas (Judy) Hammond; step-granddaughters, Jennifer (Barry) Minsker, Laurie (Dan) Weinmeyer; sisters, Marie Brown, Faye Amaro, Berniece Tiner; many nieces, nephews, and a large loving family. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 a.m., Monday, October 25, 2010 at St. Peter's Catholic Church, 1250 South Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Visitation 9-10 a.m., Monday at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery, Mendota Heights.
