Eileen lived and went to school in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After graduating High School, she got a job at AT&T as a Graphic Designer. Eileen met her first husband Robert Hodgson and had twin girls, Elizabeth and Cathleen. Eileen and Robert divorced and remained longtime friends. In 1974, Eileen married Dr. Peter R. Lynch. They were married for 49 years until Peter's death. Eileen was an avid diver and skier and was a member of the Abington Sub-Mariners and Huntingdon Valley Ski Club. Eileen lived in Island Heights NJ and Ft. Meyers FL. Eileen and Peter were typical snowbirds. Eileen and Peter loved to sail their boat up and down the east coast. In her last years of life, she lived at Commonwealth Senior Living.

Eileen is survived by her two daughters, Elizabeth Hartzell and husband Howard, Cathleen Geiger husband Bernie, and four grandchildren Bernie Geiger Jr. wife Heather, John Geiger fiancé Corinne, Jessica Hartzell and Benjamin Hartzell.

Funeral will be held privately at Washington Crossing Cemetery in Newtown PA on Wednesday March 18th at 1:00
