Eileen Ann Menillo

Eileen Ann Hood Menillo, 70, of East Haven, passed away on Friday, November 14, 2025, surrounded in love by her family and friends. Eileen was born on January 2, 1955, in Aurora, Colorado. She was the beloved wife of Anthony Menillo, Sr. Eileen worked as a help desk operator for St. Raphael's/Yale New Haven Hospital for 40 years. Eileen loved trips to Disney, the beach (but only under an umbrella), painting ceramics, taking endless pictures of her family, and wearing cute hats. She was happiest spending time with her children, siblings, nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
Eileen is survived by her husband Anthony Menillo, Sr.; children Anthony Menillo, Jr. and wife Jennifer, Danielle Menillo and wife Joy, Angela McClellan and husband Jason, and Michelle Eastwood and husband Lance; siblings Patrica Jason and husband Lou, Cindy Finkle and husband Gary, and John Dwyer and wife Rose; brother-in-law Paul Menillo and wife Carol; step mother Linda Hood and son James; grandchildren Anthony, Connor, Leah, Sadie, and McKenna; and her beloved nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by father Douglas Hood; siblings Mary Hood and Kathy Gregorwicz; half-brother Kevin Hood; and grandson Lucas McClellan.
The visiting hours will be on Tuesday, November 18th from 9:30 to 11:30 AM at The Havens Family North Haven Funeral, 36 Washington Avenue. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in St. Elizabeth of the Trinity Parish at St. Therese Church, 555 Middletown Avenue, North Haven and will be officiated by Father Lawrence Symolon. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery. The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the caring staff at Connecticut Hospice.
