Eileen Phelan Obituary
With great sadness, we announce the loss of Eileen P. Phelan of Deer Park, NY, who passed away unexpectedly on April 27, 2024 in her home in Islip, NY.
Eileen is predeceased by her grandmother Eleanor T. Phelan (dec'd. 2008) and father Edward G. Phelan (dec'd. 2021). She is survived by her adoring sons, Albert E. Percy and Jacob D. Percy. She is also survived by her loving mother Eileen and stepfather Gary DeVeglio; cherished brothers Timothy (Dawn), Brian (Tammy) and Edward (Christina); stepsiblings Jessica Puzio and Frank (Chelsea) DeVeglio; and best friend Michael Pennachio. She is also survived by her beloved nieces and nephews, Stephen, Rachel, Kevin, Addison, Jameson and Ellie, as well as many cousins and friends.
A life so beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered. Please join us to mourn the passing of Eileen during visitation services to celebrate Eileen's life, which will take place at Mangano Family Funeral Home of Deer Park on Thursday, May 2, 2024, and Friday, May 3, 2024, from 2:00PM to 4:30PM and 7:00PM to 9:30PM on both days. A funeral mass will be held for Eileen at Saints Cyril & Methodius R.C. Church on Saturday, May 4, 2024, beginning at 9:00AM.
