Ballhorn Chapels Funeral & Cremation Care CenterEileen Lorraine Schieble, age 83, of Sheboygan, passed away on Sunday, October 12, 2025 at home surrounded by her family.
Eileen was born on February 16, 1942, in Sheboygan to the late Harvey and Sylvia (Schoening) Kiel. She attended Immanuel Lutheran School and graduated from Central High School in 1960. Eileen was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Sheboygan. On September 15, 1962, Eileen was united in marriage to Eugene R. Schieble at Holy Name Catholic Church.
Eileen was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church where she sang in the choir and played the Bell Choir for many years. She enjoyed bowling, sewing, gambling, playing sheepshead, making puzzles and cheering for the Packers and Brewers. Over the years, Eileen worked at Watson Vending and Kohler Company.
Survivors include her two daughters, Lynn (Keith) Bruckner of the Town of Wilson and Beth (Jeff) Otte of Sheboygan Falls; grandchildren, Nicholas (Lynnea) Bruckner, Kyleen (Jordan) Brethouwer; great-grandchildren, Harper Bruckner and Titus Brethouwer and special friends Judy and Don Zimmerman.
Eileen was preceded in death by her husband Gene, parents, sister Gelaine Heinecke-Berg, brother and sister-in-law Clayton (Lois) Kiel, sister and brother-in-law Audrey (Robert) Swita.
A Memorial Service for Eileen will be held at 12:00 PM on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at Ballhorn Chapels Funeral Home, 1201 N 8th St. in Sheboygan, with Pastor Donald Johnson officiating. The family will greet visitors at the funeral home on Thursday from 10:00 AM until the time of the service.
Memorial donations can be made in Eileen's name to Immanuel Lutheran Church.
The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to the caregivers at LakeHouse Assisted Living and the nurses from Aurora Hospice.
