Eileen Ware

Eileen Ware, 84, of Hayesville passed away Sunday, November 5, 2023 in a Gainesville, Georgia hospital under hospice. She was a native of New Jersey and moved to Florida at a young age. Eileen worked as an Executive Vice-President for Floridaco, working in land development for more than 20 years until retirement. She then moved to North Carolina and settled in Hayesville in 2018. She was an active member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness in Hiawassee, Georgia. She was loved deeply by her brothers and sisters of the congregation.
She was the daughter of the late Stanley Gandy and Eunice Ursula Van Hise Ware.
Surviving are a son, Mark Collins of Hayesville; a granddaughter, Rachel Collins of John's Creek, Georgia; and a great-granddaughter, Laura Lie Wood-Collins.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 9, 2023 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness in Hiawassee, Georgia.
