Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Norman and Gertrude (Tetreault) Todd. She had most recently lived in Providence.
She had worked as a secretary in the Providence School Department before her retirement.
She is survived by her husband, her sons: David J. Angell, Peter T. Angell, and Stephen J. Angell, her four grandchildren and her sisters: Ann Marie Reed and Joan Ducheneaux.
Her funeral services were private

My deepest to Tom and family on Elaine's passing.
We had many nice walks together when we worked at the school dept. Elaine, you are one in a million. Rest in Peace. My prayers are with you.
