Mrs. Elaine H. Cobb, 84, of Quakertown, PA, died Wednesday in Slate Belt Nursing Facility, Bangor. Born in South Perkasie, she was the daughter of late Daniel and the late Sarah E. Bilger Fillman. She was the wife to Marlin E. Cobb of Delaware and sister to Howard M. Bilger of Lansdale.
Elaine will be dearly missed by her children, Elsie, wife of Peter Kowalenko Sr. of Quakertown, Margaret McQuail from Delaware, Howard Ragan of Quakertown, Charles Ragan Jr., husband of Harriet of Lansdale, and Marlin J. Cobb of Delaware; her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Elaine was predeceased by her brothers, Mervyn Bilger and Milton Bilger and her first husband, Charles “Bud” Ragan Sr.
All are invited to join Elaine’s family on Monday, August 28th, 2023, for a viewing from 11:00AM ~ 12:00PM, located at Naugle Funeral & Cremation Service, Ltd. 135 W. Pumping Station Road, Quakertown, PA, 18951. (215-536-3343) A funeral service will begin at 12:00PM followed by a graveside service at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Elaine’s name to St. Jude’s Children Children’s Research Hospital.
