She is survived by her sons, Kevin Hopper of Town of Newburgh, David Hopper (Barbara Rainey) of Wallkill and John Hopper of Ellenville; granddaughter, Olivia Hopper; several nieces and nephews.
Elaine was one of 17 children and was preceded by her siblings.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice in her name.
