Elaine Kiefner

Elaine Kiefner, 70, passed away peacefully on July 21, 2025 while surrounded by her loving family. Elaine was born on August 31, 1954 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Albert and Florence Kiefner.

Elaine worked in the accounts payable department of Mendon Leasing Trucking for many years, where her dedication and attention to detail made her a valued member of the team. After retiring, she cherished the extra time to connect with the people she loved most. Elaine had a special gift for conversation and took great joy in visiting and talking with friends, always making those around her feel seen and heard.

Her bond with her family was deep and unwavering, and she held her loved ones close throughout her life. Elaine also had a tender heart for animals-her dogs, CoCo and Riley, brought her endless joy, with CoCo serving as her beloved and constant companion.

Elaine is survived by her loving brother James "Jim" Kiefner of Milford, CT and sister Linda Straisheim of Englewood, NJ. In addition to her beloved parents, she is predeceased by her brothers Daniel Kiefner and Thomas Kiefner.
