Dear Elaine,
Just want to thank you for taking care of me at the farm and to say I am sorry for getting you in trouble by tattling on you putting the burnt cake in the pantry drawer. I am very sure Dad didn't mind repairing the porch post at the N Pownal store when your horse pulled it out. And Mum and Dad had fond memories of you driving the horse team with the load of hay into the pond because you were looking out for them to have a drink on a hot day.
Thank you for putting up with all my shananigans and teaching me how to be friends with the animals.
God bless you,
Jeri
