Con gran tristeza, la familia de Elba Rubio anuncia su fallecimiento el 14 enero 2026. Nacido el 15 noviembre 1969 en Jalisco, México, fue hija de Ramón Rubio Castillo y Amparo Rubio Montes. Dedicó su vida a familia. Siempre era el alma de la fiesta y su amabilidad y generosidad serán recordarás para siempre. Le sobreviven sus hermanos Jesús Rubio, Luis Rubio, Sergio Rubio y sus hijos y hija Raymond Bahena, Henry Bahena, Keydi Argueta. La celebración de la vida se llevará a cabo el 31 enero 2026 a las 3:00pm en Weymouth Funeral Home en Newport News, VA. Siempre en nuestros corazones, Elba.
