Elden Henry Ediger, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, passed away peacefully on February 3,
2026, in Overland Park, Kansas.
Elden was born on July 4, 1933, in Meade, Kansas, to Henry and Katie Ediger. He lived in

loved and respected by his family, friends, and community, all of whom will miss him dearly.
He was preceded in death by his parents; four older brothers; and his beloved wife, Alleen.
Elden is survived by his children: Debbie Amor (Joe), Jeri Johnson (Mike), Robert Ediger
(Stacy), and Gary Ediger (Jane); nine grandchildren, who affectionately knew him as
"Grandpa Turkey" and twelve great-grandchildren.

I have so many memories of Elden & your family. Such a kind man & such a good friend to my dad. So many stories & laughter. I think of him whenever I see a pretty car. I study every paint job wishing it could be as wonderful as his. He will be missed.

To the family of Elden, our special friend.
We regret that we were not able to attend the memorial service today.
Our memories with Elden go back so many years and we love those memories.
Praying that the Lord will comfort you each one and bring peace knowing that he is forever with Jesus.
We will see him again one day and we give praise to the Father for that.
What a beautiful obituary you've written.
It describes him so well.
Love each of you and thank you again for letting us share in the joys of this wonderful friend.

I was fortunate to trade several cars with Elden and to become good friends. I admired his strength, good humor, and positive outlook. I don't know how many times I would walk around the shop looking for Elden only to find his legs sticking out from under a car. We shared many conversations about life and the Lord's blessings. I will miss those conversations, but I know he is enjoying his new home with the Lord. My sincere condolences to the family and I pray God's peace to comfort you.

I'm sad for the family but happy for Uncle Elden. He and Aunt Alleen were very special to me. They were kind, generous and loving people. I pray God comfort "The family" in their loss.
