Mrs. Eleanor "Ellie" Crail

Eleanor ("Ellie") Crail, 91, passed away peacefully on February 17, 2014, at the Hospice Care Center in Brooksville, FL, surrounded by loving family, friends and caregivers. She was born in Houtzdale, PA and came to this area 35 years ago from Leechburg, PA. She was the retired owner/operator of Eleanor's Cut & Curl in Leechburg. While in PA she belonged to the Order of the Eastern Star and was active in her church. At Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Spring Hill she belonged to the WELCA and Women's Work Group and served as greeter/coordinator and usher for many years as well as receptionist. She volunteered at Spring Hill Regional Hospital for 20 years. She is survived by Wes, her loving husband of 66 years, and daughters Cherylann (Bob) and Chris Andrews and extended family members. A reception to follow the service at Johnson Hall. Please RSVP the church office if you are planning to attend the reception.
