Eleanor L. Fischer

Eleanor L. Fischer, beloved mother, devoted friend, and cherished member of her community, passed away peacefully on "Valentine's Day", February 14, 2026, at the age of 89.

Eleanor was the proud mother of Randy (Kathy) Fischer and Rene'e (Paul) Slone, and she is survived by many loving family members who will carry her memory in their hearts. She was the adoring wife of the late Joseph Fischer, with whom she shared a passion for travel and exploration. Together, they created a legacy of adventure and joy that continues to inspire those who knew them.

An avid enthusiast of arts and crafts, Eleanor expressed her creativity through knitting, crocheting, and making beautiful handmade items for her family and friends. She was known for her vibrant social life; her friends and family will fondly remember her delightful homemade candies, especially her famous chocolate caramel turtles. Her love for animals and her compassionate spirit enriched the lives of those around her, leaving an indelible mark on all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
