Eleanor M. Koller, born on October 26, 1934, in Astoria, Queens, New York, passed away peacefully on April 19, 2025, in Riverhead, New York. She was a cherished mother, grandmother, and friend, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many.
Eleanor was the beloved daughter of James Hebert and Anna Kelleher, who instilled in her the values of love and community from a young age. Eleanor was the wife of the late Eugene Koller, with whom she shared a deep and loving partnership. Their bond was a testament to a life built on mutual respect, support, and devotion.
Eleanor is survived by her four children, Martin Koller, Kevin Koller, Christopher (Cheryl) Koller, and Lorraine (Mark Carter). She was a proud grandmother to five grandchildren, who brought her immense joy and pride. Eleanor's family was her greatest treasure, and she devoted herself to nurturing and guiding them, often sharing stories and wisdom that will be treasured for generations to come.
Throughout her life, Eleanor demonstrated remarkable strength and resilience. She was known for her warm smile, kind heart, and ability to bring people together. Her legacy will live on in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing her. Eleanor M. Koller will be deeply missed, but her memory will forever remain a source of love and inspiration to her family and friends.
