Eleanor Delores Mori

Eleanor Delores (Garofolo) Mori, 94, formerly of Monroeville, passed away Sunday, October 19, 2025. She was born May 13, 1931, in Turtle Creek, daughter of the late John and Rose (Ottavian) Garofolo. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Michael Mori; four siblings, Mary A. (Steve) Horvatic, Vito (Louise) Garofolo, Raymond (Norma) Garofolo, Alberta (Jim) Flaherty; and a nephew, Ricky Horvatic. Eleanor is survived by her son, Larry (Kathy) Mori; her daughter, Linda (Jim) Major; two grandchildren, James (Gavin) Major and Jason Major; numerous nieces and nephews.
She was a member of St. Coleman's Catholic Church and enjoyed baking. She was a bookkeeper for Gateway Vending, a company owned by her husband. Prior to retirement, she was a clerk for Kaufmann's Department Store.
Friends will be received Friday, October 24, 2025 from 4 to 8pm at the JOBE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, INC., 118 Shaw Avenue, Turtle Creek (412-823-1950).
